PSEB Class 12 Result – Examination Details

  • Total Students Appeared: Approximately 2.84 lakh
  • Number of Subjects: 40+ (including Arts, Science, Commerce, Vocational)
  • Exam Centers: Over 3,000 across Punjab
  • Passing Criteria: Minimum 33% marks in each subject (theory and practical separately) and overall

Note: Students must secure at least 33% marks in each subject (including theory and practical components) and overall to pass. For subjects with practicals, a minimum of 20% in practicals and 33% in theory is required. Grace marks may be awarded at the board’s discretion for students falling short by 1–2 marks.

PSEB Class 12th Result Statistics (Expected)

The pass percentage, toppers’ list, and gender-wise performance will be announced with the results. Last year, the overall pass percentage for Class 12 was 93.04%, with girls (95.74%) outperforming boys (90.74%). A similar trend is expected this year, with PSEB likely to release a toppers’ list, unlike CBSE, to recognize high achievers.
