Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates who have passed Class 12 or are appearing in 2025 from a recognized board are eligible.
  • Age Limit: No age limit, but candidates must meet the age criteria (if any) of the university they are applying to.
  • Nationality: Indian nationals are eligible; reservations apply for OBC-NCL, Gen-EWS, SC, and ST as per government rules.
  • Subject Choice: Candidates can choose up to five subjects, regardless of their Class 12 subjects, except for Delhi University, which requires subjects studied in Class 12.

Note: Candidates must check specific university requirements, as eligibility criteria may vary. For example, general category candidates need at least 50% marks in Class 12, while SC/ST candidates need 45% for most universities.

CUET Registration Fee – Application Fee

  • Fee varies based on the number of subjects chosen and candidate category.
  • General Category (3 Subjects): Rs. 750
  • OBC-NCL/Gen-EWS (3 Subjects): Rs. 700
  • SC/ST/PwD (3 Subjects): Rs. 650
  • Additional Subjects: Rs. 300 per subject (all categories)
  • Non-Indians: Rs. 7,000 (flat fee) + Rs. 350 per additional test paper
  • Payment Mode: Online via Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, or Wallet

Note: CUET Registration Fees are non-refundable. Candidates must ensure payment is completed by March 25, 2025, to confirm their registration.

How to Register for CUET UG 2025

  • Visit the official website: cuet.nta.nic.in
  • Click on the link: “CUET UG 2025 Registration”
  • Register by providing your email ID and mobile number to generate an application number.
  • Log in using the application number and password sent to your email/phone.
  • Fill out the application form with personal, academic, and contact details.
  • Select up to five subjects and preferred exam cities.
  • Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and Class 12 mark sheet (if available).
  • Pay the application fee online.
  • Submit the form and download the confirmation page for future reference.

Note: The registration window is now closed. Candidates who applied could edit their forms during the correction window from March 26 to March 28, 2025.

  • Enter your registered email address, mobile number, and date of birth.
  • Receive the application number via SMS or email.
