Sikkim Democratic Front Party leader Pawan Kumar Chamling took charge as the Chief Minister of Sikkim. The Government of Sikkim consists of 12 cabinet ministers.. The Cabinet of the state of Sikkim forms the executive branch of the Government of Sikkim. The Sikkim Vidhan Sabha (Sikkim Legislative Assembly) consists of 32 members (MLA), and these members are elected for five years. Sikkim Democratic Front (SDF) formed the Government under the leadership of Pawan Kumar Chamling.
