Eligibility Conditions:
Company Secretary : Candidates should be a Member of ICSI. Should have 4-5 yeras Post Qualification Experience in the relevant field.
Assistant General Manager – HR/admin : Any post Graduate with minimum 10 yeras experience in relevant field.
Assistant General Manager-Operations : A good team manager having a successful track record of operations in NBFC/MFI/banks. Experience : 8 Years and above. Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, (preferably MBA).
Senior Manager (IT) : ME/MCA/BE/B.Tech - computers/IT and computer related branches
Senior Manager/Manager-Risk Mgt& Process Audit : Graduate in any Field / PG with relevant Experience of 3-5 yeras in MFI or Similar domain.
